I like how you've drawn both her human and Noah versions. I also like how both sides seem to interact yet don't? (Does that description make any sense? I hope so xD). I especially like the expression on the human Road with the lollipop as well. I like the shadows on the skin as well 
As for constructive comments: the legs of both seem a little on the short side, and the hands/feet of human!Road are a bit small. Nonetheless, you're doing a good job trying out poses and full-bodies; it's tempting to hide them (I sure did in the past). Using more contrasting tones with shading is another suggestion.
